Extraordinary Mindset

We believe that leading with an extraordinary mindset allows us to reach our highest potential in everything we set out to accomplish. By continuously learning how to shift our mindset we are able to live an extraordinary life. We believe our minds are the most powerful muscle we can learn to exercise. To achieve goals and perform at our highest potential we believe that an extraordinary mindset is essential to our everyday lives!

Patience

We lead with patience. We believe in facing hardships without fear or frustration. Wellness is journey, not a destination. Having patience allows us to stay committed and give us the willingness to keep going with ourselves and others!

Grace

We believe that everyday is a fresh start. We lead knowing we have weakness just as everyone else. Grace restores, honors, and redeems. By leading with grace we become not only kinder to ourselves but to everyone else around us!

We are happy you asked! FIT2AT simply means, performing at your highest potential. We believe that being well, drives success. We believe the more we work towards finding center each day the more successful we will be in our everyday lives. How we show up to the challenges we face each day simply comes back to how well we feed our mind, body, and spirit.

Meet Diane

Diane is FIT2AT's recipe creator and blog writer. Diane is a leader in her own life and is an inspiration to everyone around her. She is a cancer survivor and takes pride in her well-being. She leads by example, and is exceptional at balancing life and all the challenges that come along with it.


Her wisdom, boldness, and confidence is admirable. She is contagious. Before you know it, you will be saving money on your groceries, entering into baking contests, and winning blue ribbons at your local fair. You might even find yourself walking to the grocery store and learning some of her tricky positive mantras to "snap out of it" when need be.


Diane has been a vegetarian her entire life, and is inspired by many to create her own delicious recipes. Her husband is a meat eater and as a result, she has experience creating flexible meals that can cater to any pallet.


 She is a wife, a mother, and a grandmother. Diane is a leader who fosters autonomy. She shows and teaches others how to become a healthier version of themselves through her own contagious spirit!

Diane believes that taking care of yourself is the best gift that you can give to everyone else.

Meet Stevie

Meet Stevie (aka Stephanie) creator of Fit2AT! Stevie has a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford CT. She has a Masters in Leadership and 8+ years working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, marathon runner, yoga instructor, and figure competitor.


Stevie truly embodies and believes that your well-being and peak performance are undeniably connected.


Stevie's inspiration behind FIT2AT came from feeling off balance in her own life. She designed a recipe for success while overcoming some of life's toughest battles.


She has passion for healthy eating and loves creating vegan and vegetarian options for everyone to enjoy (while still including the meat lovers). She even has a craft for creating effective workouts tailored to all levels. She strives to lead others to create healthier habits and thrives on watching others unleash their inner potential to in every aspect of their lives.


Stevie has the "if it's broken, lets fix it" mentality. Whatever the excuse, Stevie is passionate about finding a way to tackle it in a way that will work for you.


Stevie truly loves feeling her best, each and everyday and she hopes  that everyone can experience how good your body was designed to feel by being apart of the FIT2AT community!
