CASHEW BERRY YOGURT

This is a classic snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth! Kick those cravings with this quick and easy delicious vegan treat.

Ingredients Quantity
Forager Cashew Yogurt Vanilla or Plain 1/3 cup
Frozen Mixed Berries 1/4 cup
Nature Valley Granola 2 TBS
Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 TBS

Directions:


1 Combine yogurt and frozen berries in a high speed blender or food processor.

2. Add 1 TBS of unsweetened almond milk

3. Blend together on high for 30 seconds

4. If the mixture is too thick add more unsweetened almond milk to thin

5. Pour the contents into a bowl and top with 2 TBS of Nature Valley Gronola
