Ingredients Qty
0% or Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 cup
Nature Valley Oat's n Honey Granola 2 tbs
Frozen or fresh berrries ( strawberries, blackberries, blueberries etc.) 1/3 Cup
Local/Raw honey Drizzle or 1tsp
flax seeds/hemp seeds 1 tsp

Directions:


  • Add yogurt to a dish of choice
  • Mix the honey into the yogurt.
  • Add the berries and top with granola and flax seeds/hemp seeds


How can you make this Vegan friendly? 

If you want to make this a dairy free option, find a plain/vanilla dairy free yogurt that you enjoy.

Tips:  We personally love using frozen mixed berries in this recipe. As we mentioned above,

if you want to make this a dairy free option, find a dairy free yogurt that you enjoy.

Bear naked granola is a great alternative to the Nature Valley we use in this recipe.

You can also top the yogurt with cheerios if granola isn't your jam.
