VEGAN SMOOTHIE BOWL

This is a delicious smoothie bowl for serving at any time of the day.  This vegan option is packed with protein and nutrients to help you perform your best!

Ingredients Quantity
Frozen Mixed Berries 3/4 cup
Full Fat Coconut milk 1 cup
Peanut butter 1 TBS
Frozen Cherries 1/4 cup
Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder ( Click for brand) 1 scoop
Powdered Green (Click for brand I use) 1 scoop
Unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup

Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add a few ice cubes if the mixture is not thick enough
  4. Pour into a bowl
  5. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to allow the mixture to thicken and freeze a bit
  6. Top with 1/4 c of our favorite cinnamon granola
  7. Grab a spoon and enjoy!



Tips and tricks:

Add dairy free cool whip or any other delicious fruits to this thick and satisfying smoothie bowl.


Toppings to consider:

  • Banana slices
  • Flax seeds
  • Toasted wheat germ
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Dairy Free chocolate chips
