These mini dairy free cream cheese and jelly sandwiches are one of the BEST snacks EVER!

Ingredients Quantity
Whole Wheat Saltines 6 crackers
Jelly 2 TBS
Vegan Cream cheese 2 TBS

Directions:


  1. Begin by laying out the whole wheat saltine crackers
  2. Spread jelly on 3 of the crackers
  3. Spread the cream cheese on 3 of the crackers
  4. Create 3 mini sandwiches with 1 jelly cracker and 1 cream cheese cracker.
  5. Feel free to pair a little bit of the jelly and the cream cheese on each individual cracker if you do not want to make the mini sandwiches


Tips & Tricks:  We love using this vegan cream cheese! Diane used to pack these for Stevie when she was a little girl using regular cream cheese! Stevie chooses to eat dairy free and created this vegan alternative! If you are packing these to-go we recommend storing the jelly and the cream cheese in 1 container, pack a knife and spread when it's time to eat! Diane loves using different stone wall kitchen jams for this perfect pair. She highly recommends the onion jam or her homemade red pepper jelly!
