DAIRY FREE TUNA SALAD

This tuna salad is quick lunch option for the whole family to enjoy!

Try it with fresh celery, crackers, on a rice cake, whole wheat, or gluten free bread!

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups dry Pasta Shells -gluten free if applicable
  • 4 oz can solid white tuna in water
  • 2 sprays or 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup dairy free mayo - Hellman's 
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp dry minced onions
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp freeze dried chives
  • 2 TBS dried cranberries
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 ribs of celery ( about 1/2 cup) diced


Directions: 


  1. Cook the pasta shells according to package
  2. Rinse and drain the pasta and return to a large mixing bowl
  3. Add olive oil, mayo, celery salt, minced onions, parsley, chives, cranberries, pepper, and celery.
  4. Mix until combined!
  5. Chill for 20 minutes
