Ingredients Quantity
English Muffin Whole wheat or Gluten Free English muffin/bread 1
Jumbo Eggs 2
Smart balance butter 1 tsp
Go Veggie American cheese slice 1
Salt pinch
Pepper pinch
Avocado 1/2

Directions:


  1. Heat the pan you will be using for the eggs, spray with cooking spray.
  2. Begin by toasting the English muffin.
  3. Cook the eggs, covered, until yolks are almost set, about 5 minutes, topping them with cheese during the last minute of cook time.
  4. Cut the avocado in half. Use a spoon to scoop half the avocado out of the shell.
  5. Spread the butter on the English muffin, avocado, and then place egg on top.
  6. Wrap your egg sandwich in these environmental friendly re-usable bee's wax packages!
