SLICED APPLES & PB2
QUICK and EASY snack to grab for those busy afternoons on the go with half the calories!
Ingredients | Qty |
---|---|
Honey Crisp Apple | 1 |
PB 2 | 2TBS |
Water | 1 1/2 TBS |
Directions:
1.Wash the apple.
2. On a cutting board, use an apple corer to slice apple.
3. Make PB2 according to instructions

Tips & Tricks:
If PB 2 is not an option or you do not like it, you can use regular peanut butter, almond butter, or even cashew butter. We always pack this as a safety snack when we leave the house. It is always important to leave the house prepared with snacks incase you get hungry. We believe that being prepared with snacks for the kids, and even ourselves makes for an enjoyable afternoon together. This also can be a huge cost savings if you are constantly stopping for food when the crankiness sets in!
