Peanut Butter and Jelly!

We love PB & J so much! This recipe uses our homemade honey peanut butter! Our friends Marjorie and Emilio and their two children insist that Stevie makes the best peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!

Ingredients Quantity
Whole wheat bread or gluten free bread 2 slices
Jelly 2 TBS
Peanut butter 3 TBS

Directions:


  1. Begin by laying out the bread
  2. Spread the Peanut butter on one side  & the jelly on the other ( be generous)
  3. Place the two pieces of bread together.
  4. Cut in half and enjoy!


Tips & Tricks: We LOVE a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Be generous with your jelly and peanut butter measurements and you will be the PB & J Queen just like Stevie! This is one of our FAVORITE hiking snacks to pack when we head out for a long hike. Below are a few pictures of us enjoying our favorite snack up in the Adirondack Mountains!
