Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 C
Pistachio JELL-O Instant pudding mix 1 tbs


Directions:


Combine yogurt and instant pudding mix. Stir for about 3o seconds. Serve and Enjoy!


Notes:

Top with fresh strawberries, cool whip, or granola.

As a figure competitor, Stevie was always trying to come up with creative ideas to eat healthy while maintain her physique. We understand that Jell-O instant pudding mix  isn't everyone's cup of tea but this recipe really helps us stay on track when we get a sweet craving in the middle of the afternoon or in the evening. Our family member Lila, who is 5 years old loves this recipe so much she calls it "ice cream".  Add plant based or light cool whip on top to give this the extra WOW factor!
