VEGAN CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE

Diane and Stevie's Grandmother love to pair these with a cup of coffee or tea at any time of the day! Diane bakes and deliver's these to her mom every few months.

Ingredients Quantity
English Muffin Whole wheat or Gluten Free English muffin/bread 1
Jumbo Eggs 2
Smart balance butter 1 tsp
Go Veggie American cheese slice 1
Powdered Green (Click for brand I use) 1
Ice cubes 4 to 5

Directions:


  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Add a few ice cubes to thicken, or water to dilute if it's too thick
  4. Serve and ENJOY!
