We take your personal goals and provide you with the most effective tools to transform your mind, body, and spirit! Our online training programs provide you with daily home and gym workouts. We provide you with a customized service through our IOS APP that allows you to sync your track your meals, track your daily/weekly/monthly progress, provide you with accountability, habit tracking, and allows you to engage with other members of the community to provide the best wellness experience to have you reaching your goals. OUR SERVICES
GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Working out is hard! Why struggle alone?
We offer high quality group training sessions that are 30, 45, and 60 minutes in length. These classes will challenge you to keep your balance, gain strength, become leaner, faster, and will help you perform your best in and outside of the gym!
Our group training sessions are lead by Personal Trainer Stevie Lee. Just starting out? No worries! Stevie is a trainer who prides herself in meeting others needs. She will work with you to make you feel as comfortable as possible prior to joining a class and will provide you with as many modifications to meet your current fitness level.
Our group training sessions are offered in person or in the privacy of your own home!
PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer private 1 on 1 training sessions delivered to you in the privacy of your own home or in person.
Our in person training sessions take place at a clean and private training facility located in Cromwell, CT.
We also offer an online training program that is designed specifically to your goals and needs.
Not located in Connecticut? That's ok! We can meet you right where you are.
Are you a new mom? Lost at the gym? Are you looking to run a race? Just feel better in everyday life? Perform better as an athlete? We can make it work for you.
Turn any room into your new gym or even take us with you to the gym!
You are able to train anywhere with our online training program.
No equipment? No problem. We will work with you to design a program that meets your specific needs!
NUTRITION SERVICES
We will teach you how to fuel your body with the proper nutrients to have you performing your very best!
We are all made up of different ingredients which is why nutrition is not a one size fits all recipe.
We are here to coach you and guide you towards creating healthier habits for a sustainable and successful wellness journey. We help you plan your meals, provide a shpping list, and give you acess to our APP to track and monitor your progress. Does it get much better than that?
We will design a custom plan that is specifically made for your nutrition goals and lifestyle!

YOGA
Our Yoga classes are designed for all levels!
There is no need to be worried if you have no previous yoga experience.
Your teacher is certified yoga instructor Stevie Lee, who's down-to-earth approach will make you feel comfortable and right at home in no time.
She will teach you the proper alignment and ques to guide you during your classes.
These classes are just what you need to fuel your passion for yoga!

We will help you figure out what is right for you!
Our in yoga sessions take place at a clean and private training facility located in Cromwell, CT.
We ask that you bring your own yoga mat to class with you!
